PAYMENT OPTIONS
Our dental office accepts a variety of payments, including money orders, personal checks, cash, and major credit cards. We can provide financial arrangements when extensive dental care is necessary.
INSURANCE
Our practice accepts most dental insurance, including PPO out-of-network, non-managed care, and indemnity (traditional). For your convenience, our staff will prepare the necessary forms. Please note, your specific policy is between you and the insurance company, so you are responsible for the full obligation if the insurance benefit covers less than expected. Our staff will be happy to provide you with a pre-treatment estimate to get a better idea of what your benefits will be.
The fees charged are the same regardless of insurance coverage. Your insurance policy may base your benefits off of a fixed fee schedule, which may differ from our fees. You should also note, different insurance policies will provide different coverage. They will also vary in how long it takes to receive your claims.
